A wife. A mom. A thinker. A leader. A manager. A small town girl. A millennial who is still trying to figure out what I want to do in life and how best I can contribute to this world.
As Mary Oliver states, “I don’t want to end up simply having visited this world.” I want to make a difference in this world and in the lifes of the people around me. And I know that the change starts with me.
Growing up, I was a multi talented kid who excelled in studies and the extra curricular activities – singing, drawing, writing. A vivid traveler up until the age of 21. Then life took over – came to the US – studies, work, kids, and other life’s priorities.
So here I am, trying little by little – to make a difference in my life and in the lives of people around me.
